Inspired by the imperial courts, the restaurant boasts jade, silver and fine bone china tableware and cutlery. SPRMRKT’S family-style brunch ($300) serves three to five persons for the occasion. Dishes such as Himalayan Pink Salt-crusted Sea Bass and Herb Spiced Roasted Chicken with Jus will be served along with a bottle of Château Beaulieu, Coteaux d’aix-en-provence Rose.
