CONDRIEU Coteau de Chery Maison M. Chapoutier 2013
Its first vintage was in 2010; this exceptional wine is produced on a south-facing slope on the top of the Condrieu appellation. This unusual terroir gives an unprecedented minerality to its unique grape varietal: Viognier. While the parcel is south-facing, the vines are lodged in an anticlinal valley, bringing an incredible freshness to the wine. Due to a very limited production (400 bottles are bottled each year). Ma Cuisine is the only wine bar in South-east Asia that carries it.
Fact: Michel Chapoutier is the winemaker that was awarded the most 100 points by Robert Parker ever, with more than 40 of his wines receiving the perfect score since 1989.
