The redesigning project was executed by SODA, deriving inspiration from the surrounding natural beauty on the private island. It aims to preserve the spatial elements, allowing a generous flow of light and air in while maintaining the privacy of each residence.

The two-, three- and four-bedroom beach pool residences features thatched palm roofs, hardwood decks, natural stone tiles, and expansive massage jet-fitted swimming pools. A light, neutral palette suffuses the residences’ living rooms and lounges with welcoming airiness, creating cosy nooks to rest and linger. Texture play in décor and furnishing adds tactility to the space, be it from the woven straw carpets or teak wooden chair.
