Fans of Ian Lim and Alvin Gho’s full-flavoured bar grub will enjoy the four speciality kits, a neat mix of crowd favourites from past and present. These Makan Kits (two for $60, four for $118) are conveniently packed with the necessary ingredients, which are a quick heat-up and assembly away from becoming tasty plates. Choose between the unctuous RVLT Patty Melt, complete with homemade milk bread, Wagyu patty and sauce gribiche, and the sinfully decadent Fettucine, chockful of uni, uni butter and shrimp. Beyond the four options, a quick message to the owners at @winervltsg on their Instagram will also unlock secret dishes and additional choices. The Makan Kits are best enjoyed with the owners’ pick of wines, including whites and reds ($40-50/ bottle) from Kindeli, Artesano Vintners, Yetti and the Kokonut, and Domaine Le Roc Des Anges.
