2016 VINTAGE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Only 62% of grapes harvested were deemed of quality to enter the final blend.

• A rainy and cool early season, followed by a drier and warmer summer and fall, allowed for tannins to finally ripen.

• 900 sub-parcel plots were identified and harvested separately to ensure ripeness, starting from 2 Sep to 9 Nov.
