“The hotel has an incredible bird’s-eye view of Tokyo’s cityscape, enhanced by its distinctiv­e style, design, lighting and music, not to mention the lush foliage of over 500 plants living on our 31st floor lobby. At the moment, we have excellent spring-inspired cocktails such as Miyazaki Riesling at our Lobby Bar or the Tea Paloma, an evening concoction made of Don Julio Blanco Tequila, hibiscus tea, blackcurra­nt, and citrus. I recommend the Akaushi Beef Tenderloin from The Blue Room, which is simply grilled with salt and pepper, but full of flavour and extremely tender owing to the unique quality of the meat.”
