World’s best restaurant comes to Singapore

You don’t need to leave the country to dine at France’s threeMichelin-starred restaurant Mirazur. For the first time in Southeast Asia, from now till 4 September, the number one entry on World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2019 will run an exclusive residency at Mandala Club. The pop-up, which takes over Kin and Clan Cafe, will feature Mirazur’s signature Lunar Menus that’s driven by nature and aligned with the moon’s cycles.

Helmed by Argentinian chef-patron Mauro Colagreco, there will be four menus – Roots, Leaves, Flowers and Fruits – where each is designed to highlight ingredients at their best according to the moon’s different phases. Only one menu will be available at any one time. It’s no surprise that slots have been filling up fast so make your reservations early. Mandala Club is at 31 Bukit Pasoh Road.
