Basque Kitchen has reopened at the iconic Fullerton Waterboat House, marking a new chapter for the oneMicheli­n-starred Basque-centric restaurant and chef-patron Aitor Jeronimo Orive. It’s a space that marries rusticism with modern sophistica­tion, where diners can enjoy a more immersive experience. The pintxos bar and lounge welcomes with an expanded beverage list and a diverse selection of light bites, while the main dining hall teases the palate with a semi-open kitchen fitted with two customdesi­gned Josper grills.

Exclusive spaces for small, discreet gatherings are available, including a private dining room that seats eight, and a members-only space for American Express Centurion and Platinum Card Members called Platinum at Basque Kitchen.
