THE PERSE SCHOOL

We moved from

Florida, USA to

Singapore in January, in the middle of the global pandemic. Looking for schools from another country when you can’t visit is very stressful and we had to do all our research online.

When we looked at The Perse School, we were immediately drawn by their warm and inviting teachers and staff, the long legacy of the school and the enthusiastic students. They even set up a time for our daughter to chat with some of the students for her to ask questions about her potential new school. Claire absolutely loves the school and is excited to go every day.

The school has smaller class sizes, so they can focus on individual students where needed. The science labs and music labs are Claire’s favourite – she loves getting to be so hands-on. We love the ECA programmes and how they change each term so that she can experience a wide range of activities – she has done everything from gymnastics to robotics, Scouts and art. The Perse School has really helped in our transition to Singapore and we are grateful to be in the family!

THE SCHOOL SAYS…

We’re a boutique British school emphasising academic achievement with a unique, nurturing environment that’s only possible in a small school setting with small class sizes. As a diverse and genuinely inclusive school community, we welcome families from many different cultures and nationalities.
