Good News, Coffee Lovers!
New findings from World Health Organization’s (WHO) International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) declare that coffee cannot be classified as a carcinogen, contrary to the 1991 classification of coffee as “possibly” carcinogenic. In fact, the comprehensive study shows that coffee actually reduces the risk of some cancers, including liver and uterine cancer. And, according to National Coffee Association (NCA), other analysis shows that coffee drinkers may live longer, as drinking between one and five cups a day is associated with lower rates of heart disease, neurological disease and suicide.
