WEEKEND READING

I’m sitting by the pool on a relaxing Sunday afternoon with a wine and the June issue of Expat Living magazine; it’s one of my favourite things to do on the weekend. How amazing are the statistics on page six? 88 percent of your team is female and 60 percent have been with you for over five years; it must be an amazing place to work! It was great to read these stats, especially as my friend has just launched his new business in Australia, PPLYTX (“people-lytics”), which promotes a message of inclusion and equality for all through measurement and automation.
