We'd always believed that when we had the chance, we'd want to benefit from the system of education here in Singapore. After attending a playgroup-style preschool, we decided to enrol Barbara in a new preschool for her final year that would help her get ready for the local school environment. We did a lot of research on the internet, talked to other parents and concluded that MindChamps would be the perfect choice. Since we didn't want to separate Barbara and Winsell, Winsell also started his N1 class at MindChamps Paragon.

Ever since our children started going to MindChamps, we've noticed positive changes in their development. It was especially clear in Barbara; she learned to read within the first couple months in K2 and was soon able to comfortably read all words, even long and complicated ones. Her Chinese has also improved greatly; by the time she started Primary 1, she was quite confident in the language. Barbara now attends St Margaret's Primary School and we're not worried that she'll fall behind other girls because of the strong foundation that was built in MindChamps. Winsell is also doing great in Chinese and his proficiency is very impressive. Our children's favourite activity at school is cooking healthy snacks and enjoying them together with friends and teachers.

There is a friendly and family-like atmosphere at the school. From the start, we felt welcome at all events and activities. Other parents are also happy to share tips about schools and local education. In short, we highly recommend MindChamps to any parent who wants to ensure that their little ones are ready and prepared for primary school.
