Locations and neighbourh­oods

Minutes from Newton MRT, Orchard Scotts Residences has one- to four-bedroom units to pick from. Other nearby options include Orchard Parksuites (one- to four-bedrooms) and Far East Plaza Residences (two-, threeand four-bedrooms); all are a short walk to popular shopping malls along Orchard Road. The four-bedroom penthouse apartments in Far East Plaza Residences even come with private pools!

Elsewhere, the recently renovated Regency House along Penang Road has various apartment options, from cosy studios up to three-bedroom units. And, over by the Singapore River, you can stay at either Village Residence Clarke Quay (one- to threebedro­oms) or Village Residence Robertson Quay (studios to three-bedrooms).
