When: Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 3pm

What’s popping: It’s $175 per person on Sundays and $138 per person on Saturdays, for free-flow Taittinger Brut Champagne, passionfruit mojito, premium gins, red and white wines. There’s also a non-alcoholic version ($98 for adults, $49 for children on Sundays; $62 for adults, $31 for children on Saturdays), which includes unlimited servings of orange juice, ice lemon tea, coffee and tea.

The oh-so-popular Sunday brunch at Pan Pacific Singapore’s main restaurant Edge is finally back! This brunch buffet strikes the balance between being classy enough to make it feel like a special occasion, and relaxed enough so you don’t feel intimidated.

The feast begins with a seafood platter that showcases some of the freshest picks, including seasonal oysters, Boston lobster, crayfish and black mussels. Love Japanese cuisine? Tuck into tuna and salmon sashimi, plus delicious sushi. Meat lovers will be pleased with the range of meaty options, including the grilled beef with house-made Japanese sauce and mustard, and the slowcooked beef rendang with turmeric rice. For vegetarians, there’s even a selection of plant-based dishes like the refreshing tabbouleh salad with a lemon dressing. Brunch staples are a must-try, too, especially the truffle and chive scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on sourdough toast – yum! And don’t forget the wide array of Asian options; highlights include the restaurant’s signature Nyonya laksa with baby lobster, Hainanese chicken rice, and chilli crab with deep fried mantou buns.

Remember to save space for the splendid spread of desserts, which include dainty pastries like dual chocolate verrine, chocolate sea salt tart and chocolate praline cake, assorted Nyonya kuehs, and a low-gluten selection of sweets.
