Five-Star Feed
Created by “Iron Man Chef” Heman Tan, the specially curated five-course Father’s Day menu at MOONBOW starts with a refreshing Hokkaido scallop ceviche, followed by a flavourful seafood bouillabaisse. Next is a “surf n’ turf” duo – a beef oyster blade steak served with potato mousseline, Yorkshire pudding and port wine reduction, and sea perch thermidor with crustacean lime oil, forest mushrooms and tobiko. End the meal on a sweet note with Heman’s chocolate and peanut butter delight, complete with a chocolate cigar and vanilla gelato. Available for $128 per person, only on 20 June.

Beer and barbecues – what more could he ask for? Head down to Chang Korean BBQ at Loewen by Dempsey Hill for some authentic Korean cuisine. Must-try dishes include the signature bibimbap, kimchi pancakes and baked black cod in caramelised denjang sauce. Standing the test of time, Margarita’s has been a favourite since 1988! Toss a sombrero on your pop’s head and come along for some fail-safe classics like sizzling fajitas and kitchen sink burritos.
