Young Gamers

Students at XCL World Academy can look forward to an immersive experience into the world of Esports and gaming, having launched Singapore’s first school-based Esports programme in September. The student-run club will meet at the school’s multi-use Esports facility, The Garage, which is equipped with 24 high-performance gaming stations that broadcast to a large wall-to-wall LED screen, two flight simulators, two racing rigs, four VR stations, and a robotics and drone lab. Experienced players from Team Flash, Southeast Asia’s fastest growing Esports franchise, will provide coaching. They’ll also extend access to seminars, dialogues and internships to students, together with support in organising leagues and competitions across the XCL group of schools. xwa.edu.sg
