TRANQUIL RESET

Aman’s meditative Vietnam outpost, Amanoi, is the only hotel actually situated in Nui Chua National Park, looking out over Vinh Hy Bay. In a first for the brand, the hotel has unveiled two Spa Houses: Personal-wellbeing suites that comprise a Jacuzzi, steam room, ice fountain, cold plunge pool and a spacious double-treatment area for you to enjoy a massage without leaving your room. There are also three new Individual Wellness programmes, which last from three to 10 days, to tackle any weight, stress and ageing concerns.

URBAN PEAK

Located at the heart of Hong Kong’s financial and luxury retail belt, Mandarin Oriental is synonymous with worldclass hospitality, making it the go-to destination for discerning globetrotters. Hidden away within the heritage establishment is The Mandarin Spa, which provides a tranquil escape from the bustling cosmopolitan city for locals and travellers alike, thanks to its comprehensive spa menu of invigorating massages and rejuvenating facials. If you visit regularly, try its new DNAFit programme, which is part of the spa’s goal to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness. A simple saliva swab is collected before your 12-week DNAFit programme commences, so that an in-depth analysis of your genetic makeup can be done. A workout curriculum is then created to help achieve optimal results in fat loss, muscle gain and cardiovascular improvement at the 24-hour Fitness Centre. Then, treat yourself to the hotel’s 10 restaurants and bars (of which three are Michelin-starred)—in moderation, of course.

EXOTIC GRAND EUR

Located in the foothills of the Himalayas, The Oberoi Sukhvilas Resort & Spa has five palatial accommodation options, including the Royal Tents with private pools, hand-painted frescoes and carved wooden furniture. Relaxation is the order of the day at the 12,000sqft spa, where its hydrotherapy pools, infrared sauna and Turkish hammam will help you fully unwind. Evenings are enlightened by live music at the multi-cuisine restaurant and bar under the stars.
