The story goes something like this: Miuccia Prada is a designer who is not afraid to listen to her gut instinct, even if it means sending her team on a lastminute scramble to invite celebrities to walk her cruise 2019 runway, 48 hours before show time. In the end, the likes of Chloë Sevigny and Uma Thurman flew to Paris and strolled down the salons of the Hotel Regina alongside models in clothes only Prada could come up with.There were granny cardigans, sporty jackets, knitted polos, bleached denims and feathered trousers put together in combinations that showed off the brand’s eclectic spirit.
