The Duxton Hill café specialises in artisanal ice cream in unusual flavour combos such as Truffle Basque Cheesecake, Manuka Genmaicha and Injeolmi Bingsu. Classic French patisserie such as canelés, madeleines and sablé sands round off the toothsome dessert menu, best complemented with a freshly brewed cup of single-origin sencha or Allpress espresso-based drink.
