ARTISTIC LICENCE
Artist and designer Luke Edward Hall is a true multi-hyphenate whose work spans the realms of art, fashion, interiors and product design; past collaborators have included brands as disparate as Burberry and Ginori 1735. Now, Hall has launched Chateau Orlando, a full-fledged brand offering the creative’s whimsical, romantic vision in a line of products for the person and the home. The brand’s first drop is a knitwear collection that riffs on the founder’s own personal style, which blends a Pop sensibility with English eccentricity. The botanical patterns woven throughout the collection were imagined by Hall to be from “a lost garden within the walls of a medieval castle on a brilliant spring afternoon”.
