GOOD JEANS

Nigo, founder of Human Made, is a long-time collector of Levi’s. This season, the streetwear titan teams up with the denim brand to remake two of Nigo’s favourite Levi’s pieces, replicating every detail down to the last stitch. The two pieces chosen by Nigo from his own archive were the 1944 501 Jeans and the 506 Trucker Jacket. Both are now crafted from 15-ounce Japanese selvedge denim; the jacket is also embroidered with the Human Made tag line (“Gears for futuristic teenagers”) and the Human Made duck—its wings evoking the curved stitching on the back pocket of every pair of Levi’s jeans.
