“I’m turning 30 and lighter!”

Like many executives who lead sedentary lifestyles and spend most of their time bound to their work desks, Novia Lim was determined to whip her body into shape as she welcomed the big 3-0.

Many are unhappy with their gures, but lack the commitment to stick to a diet and lifestyle change. What inspired you to take up the NESTLE FITNESSE 14-day Program?

I’d tried several diet programmes that involved cutting out carbohydrates and sugar completely. However, I ended up struggling with cravings, mood swings and headaches. The weight loss was also unsustainable. I rst got to know about the NESTLE FITNESSE 14-day Program over Kiss 92FM, together with two other colleagues. We managed to motivate one another

towards achieving slimmer bodies and a healthier lifestyle!

What made you commit and stick to the NESTLE FITNESSE 14-day program?

I’m turning 30 this month, and I want to look fantastic and celebrate with a toned body. That’s why I decided to try out the NESTLE FITNESSE 14-day Program to kick-start a new weight loss regimen for myself. I was determined to shed the extra kilos I’d gained in the past ve years due to work stress.

What’s your favourite way to eat the cereals?

I enjoy having NESTLE FITNESSE cereal with chilled soya milk and fruits such as strawberries or kiwi. I also like to mix NESTLE FITNESSE Honey & Almond cereal with plain Greek yogurt and an additional dash of natural honey to jazz it up.

What were the toughest and easiest parts of your journey?

Besides eating as healthily as possible and increasing the frequency of my workouts to three or four times a week, the biggest challenge was substituting two meals a day with cereals. Thankfully, even though the portions were not big, mixing the cereal with fruits was quite lling. It got easier once I found the winning combination to make each cereal meal exciting and yummy. After a week, falling numbers on the weighing scale and compliments from friends and colleagues kept me going.
