The beauty salon’s second outfit at #03-20 Westgate has a larger lounge for customers to chill at while they wait; six treatment rooms; and a new noninvasive facial treatment. Called RF Nano Crystallize Skin Booster Treatment, it delivers LED energy, radio-frequency waves and hyaluronic acid via a Korean-made aesthetic device whose tip resembles a microchip with 36 fine needles. The latter puncture the skin while delivering the hyaluronic acid. It sounds painful, but it’s not – just a slight prickly sensation as the tip works its way around the face, and more prickling on bony and delicate areas like the forehead and above the lips. According to Mirage Aesthetic’s founder Mika Hayashi, this treatment gives you an instant glow and a more even complexion after just one session, and results can last up to two weeks. It is suitable for most skin types except if you have eczema or cystic acne. It’s $860 for 60-90min.
