FIT FOR A PRINCE
Travel might not be on the cards right now, but you can still take your palate on a journey. The Fat Prince serves up modern takes on Middle Eastern cuisine, with eclectic cocktails to boot. The buzzy restaurant just launched a new menu. Notable additions include the Roasted Bone Marrow ($19), topped with sun-dried tomato pesto and served with chilli lavosh crackers, and the Kingfish Crudo ($22), which is dry brined and cold smoked for a more intense flavour. With mains, you can’t go wrong with the Wagyu Beef Cheek ($29 per 100g), which comes in a warm pita, but we recommend that you try the Fried Turbot ($31 per 100g) – it’s a real treat for anyone who loves fried food. At 48 Peck Seah Street for takeaway. Delivery available via Oddle, Deliveroo and GrabFood.
