LIMITLESS
Established in 2016, Limitless has helplines that provide young people who need support with short-term therapy for up to three weeks. Counselling and case management services are made available to those struggling with more severe mental health issues or disorders. Limitless.sg
COMMUNITY HEALTH ASSESSMENT TEAM (CHAT)
Chat provides free mental health checks and professional help for those aged 16 to 30. Set up in 2009, it works with counsellors from social service agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning to improve youth mental health literacy and accessibility of youth mental health resources. YOUTHREACH
A subsidiary of the Singapore Association for Mental Health, Youthreach provides psychosocial support for those aged 12 to 21 through counselling, psycho-education programmes and psychosocial activities. An intake interview is arranged if a child or youth is referred by a psychiatrist, school counsellor or social worker. samhealth.org.sg
