Bvlgari Serpenti Viper
The Serpenti, a jewellery style inspired by serpents in Greco-Roman mythology, has proven to be an iconic piece. Designed in the 1940s by the house of Bvlgari, the Serpenti watch bracelet was famously worn by actress Elizabeth Taylor while filming Cleopatra in Rome in 1962. Fashion icon Diana Vreeland was also spotted with her Bvlgari enamel snake belt coiled around her neck as a necklace. This year, the Serpenti Viper jewellery line is unveiling its raw beauty with designs that are free from any embellishments. And for the first time, these creations will come with a unique certificate attesting the use of ethical gold. From the beginning of 2022, 100 per cent of Bvlgari’s jewels have been crafted from gold with fully traceable certified sources, a unique milestone that confirms the company’s commitment in the field of sustainable luxury.
