PROTEGE
Set up like a speed dating programme, Protege invites mentees to meet with a few mentors over one session to gauge their chemistry. Once mentors and mentees have been paired, the programme focuses on providing women with the tools to take their career to the next level. protege-mentoring.com
FWA-AWF MENTORING PROGRAMME
Finance has long been a male-dominated field – a fact that the Financial Women’s Association Singapore (FWA) is determined to change. Since 2011, it has run an annual mentoring programme aimed at mid-career female executives in the industry seeking to advance their professional and personal development. To date, it has provided guidance to over 100 mentees. fwasg.org
