We foresee a continued interest in wellness as an aspect to develop as travelers have an enduring desire to ‘escape’ from the stresses of everyday life to focus on health and wellbeing. In anticipation, 2019 will see further product launches from Aman Skincare and new wellness immersions at a selection of our resorts as we gear up to unveil Aman New York in 2020 and focus our efforts on growing occupancy across the board. We also predict recurrent growth in micro or short getaways as well as an increase of travellers who look for opportunities to make a real difference. In 2018, Aman launched AmanyangyunandAman Skincare. The year also saw Amanruya’s successful season and a revived interest in Turkey as a travel destination.
