DBS Insignia
In November 2018, DBS Insignia held its signature Private Dining Collection dinner, which featured Chef Jacob Jan Boerma of three-Michelin-starred restaurant, Restaurant De Leest.
That evening, guests made their way to The Glasshouse at Andaz Hotel to discover the foundations of Chef Boerma’s food philosophy – new ingredients, flavors, and discoveries. His restaurant has successfully held on to its Michelin stars since 2013, which is a testament to the chef’s desire to source quality produce for his dishes. In addition, his experiences acquired from travels around the world – from Asia to Scandinavia – are translated into cosmopolitan and creative dishes, highlighting his classical training paired with technical know-how.
