Copenhagen craft beer company Mikkeller has set up shop in Singapore’s much-loved Chinatown Food Complex. This comes in partnership with local craft beer distributors, SST Trading Co. The playful Merlion logo signifies Mikkeller’s appreciation of Singaporean culture and their hope that their beers can be enjoyed alongside local delicacies. The opening tap lists features Do Stuff Together, a pale ale with tropical and citrus notes, and Japanese Rice Lager, which has hints of hay and jasmine. mikkeller.com
