With 35 years of real estate experience under his belt, Moray Armstrong’s knowledge makes him the ideal professional to lead CBRE Singapore’s overall growth and strategy for the country’s business. Prior to his promotion to the top post in 2019, Armstrong Moray helmed CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions business as Managing Director where he managed the largest team of transaction professionals in Singapore across the office, retail and industrial business lines.
Armstrong’s long list of clients reflect a who’s-who list of the world’s biggest and most respected conglomerates and multinational corporations, including American Express, BlackRock, Cisco Systems, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Latham & Wilkins, NIKE, Oracle and Prudential, just to name a few. As a leading figure in property consulting in Asia Pacific since he entered the Singapore real estate business in 1998, Armstrong has headed some of the largest office transactions ever concluded in the country.
The Briton moved to Asia in 1992 where he joined CBRE in Hong Kong before moving to Singapore several years later. His vast experience in areas like project marketing, rent reviews, master plans preparation and implementation of strategy has led to a proven track record of parlaying technical and market information to create and execute practical solutions and alternatives for clients.
Under his leadership, the CBRE Advisory & Transactions team has delivered the highest market share of commercial lease transactions.
