The annual Savills Ski Report cites that fresh air, open spaces and the ‘good life’ are the three main priorities, highlighting Andermatt as one of Switzerland’s ski resorts for 2022.
Featuring 180 kilometres of pistes, Andermatt is central Switzerland’s largest ski resort and the perfect place for travellers to enjoy the winter season with a wide range of activities and experiences — including skiing, snowboarding and winter trekking at any level.
In addition, we are a masterplan developer, which sets us apart from other resorts. At Andermatt Swiss Alps, we plan, build, and manage the entire new village. This is our main USP and also our identity. Because of this USP, we are able to design a village that has different asset classes working together. We own and operate the hotels, ski lifts, concert halls, golf course, as well as the rental program of the apartments. Therefore, it is in our interests to ensure that the village is well-managed to continuously attract visitors to our community. We are committed to significant levels of investment in Andermatt in the coming years including new hotels, leisure, and retail facilities.
