Looking out from the 25th floor of Andaz Hotel is 5 On 25, a new upscale Cantonese restaurant that offers a dining experience that pays homage to a classic Chinese supper club. Named after the five taste senses and its location, the restaurant hosts tea, lunch, and dinner sessions, with menus curated by Head Chef Lim Hong Lih, who was most recently the assistant Head Chef of Summer Pavilion. His dishes are complement­ed by the exquisite tea offerings curated by the restaurant’s very own tea sommelier, Li Guanyi, a tea master hailing from Jilin, China.

The interior, which includes two private dining suites, boasts a rich palette of colors and textures, with accents of lush velvet, lacquer, and timber, and furnished with bespoke furniture and fittings. The space is designed by André Fu, the same Hong Kong-based interior architect who is also behind the interior design of Andaz Singapore’s rooms and public spaces. 5on25.com
