Blooming Spirit

From the house of Suntory, the Japanese group introduces a new botanical gin, SUI. The spirit is crafted from eight traditional botanicals — juniper berry, coriander seed, angelica root, cardamom, cinnamon, bitter orange peel and lemon peel — with the addition of three unique Japanese ones: Yuzu, green tea, and ginger.

On the nose, expect refreshing notes of yuzu citrus and traditional botanicals, while green tea, ginger, and subtle spicy and bitter characteristics of traditional botanicals to taste. SUI Gin is available online and at major retailers islandwide.
