The Tiffin Room at Raffles Singapore pays homage to its North Indian heritage with a Deepavali buffet, featuring authentic specialiti­es created by Chef Kuldeep Negi. Feast on pani puri and chaat, popular Indian street snacks; laal maas, a Rajasthani smoked lamb curry; and sweet treats including rasmalai (milk dumplings with rose and saffron milk) from October 27 to November 6.
