The Edge revamps its dinner buffet to include a rotating line-up of eight varieties of traditional double-boiled soups (we’re eyeing the nourishing ginseng chicken, watercress red date with pork ribs, and lotus root with cuttlefish and pork bone), enhanced seafood delights such as the Pacific Ocean Wooden Plank of the Day, and a live station for teh tarik and chendol.
