BIGGER AND BETTER

Infiniti Q60 3.0T Red Sport 400

-

Of the models featured here, Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400 is the largest in engine size and naturally, the most powerful. Like the Q50, which we test-drove last year, this coupe offers 400 horses and 475Nm of torque, with an award-winning 3-litre turbocharged V6 powertrain to propel it to 100km/h in 5.4 seconds without compromising comfort.

While Q60 is driven by performance, it is also crafted for regular commute. The car is spacious, with ample legroom and an expansive, full-sized cabin to seat up to four. It might be slightly tough for taller adults to get into the back seat but there’s no lack of space in the rear. Infiniti’s signature spinal support seats have also been installed to reduce unnatural spinal curvature.

To keep up with the big German boys, the Japanese automaker has also included a host of technology features. This includes a Direct Adaptive Steering for more options to customise the steering system’s level of response and feel, and a Dynamic Digital Suspension to enhance ride comfort, response and agility. And to bring the cabin’s noise level to a minimum, engineers have fitted an Active Noise Cancellation system to cut negative engine noise frequencies.
