We love the graphic eye at Chanel. Back­stage at the Paris-new York Métiers d’art show, the brand’s global creative makeup and colour di­rec­tor Lu­cia Pica shared that “the in­spi­ra­tion was clearly Egyp­tian and I wanted to give a more ab­stract fu­tur­is­tic feel. Black and white are the be­gin­ning of colours, blue and golden were picked from the col­lec­tion as per Karl Lager­feld’s re­quest”.
