As the leader of a career platform for women, Sabrina is empowering women in the workplace and levelling their playing field. It is a cause dear to her, having witnessed the archaic gender dynamics and old-fashioned traditions that still ruled the workplace and hiring processes during her years in human resources before founding her own company, Half The Sky (HTS).

Hundreds of women have found new career opportunities through the platform over the last two years, but Sabrina is not stopping there. “Our ambitions extend beyond just jobs, as we hope to offer women around the world a full suite of solutions when it comes to their careers whether it be coaching and mentoring, skills training in areas like artificial intelligence or offering a safe space where women can share experiences and learn and grow with each other,” she says. “My vision is that we become a pre-eminent global women’s career brand.”

She is hopeful that with the help of HTS, the future of the workplace will be one where everyone feels empowered to achieve their goals regardless of gender, age, race or sexual orientation. “A great place to work, after all, should be for everyone.”
