FULL OF FLAVOUR

-

A favourite for natural wine and wholesome yet hearty food in Tiong Bahru, The Butcher’s Wife has extended its operating hours to encompass a new all-day dining concept – stretching from 11.30am to 9.30pm every Tuesday to Sunday – with a brand new, singular all-day menu to cater to all meals and occasions. The menu is gluten-free and features bold flavours in dishes like the Moqueca, a robust Brazilian seafood stew that is best enjoyed with rice. The small snacks and plates are great for sharing, such as the Pão de Queijo, a version of the chewy Brazilian cheese bread made with fermented tapioca pulp served with a tomato and chilli sambal, as well as the Sago and Coconut Prawns, where prawns are deep-fried in a crunchy crust of sago and eaten with a slightly tart açai berry mayo.
