The iconic Bar & Billiard Room (BBR) at Raffles Singapore is reopening with a refreshed modern Italian concept by celebrated chef Alain Ducasse. Previously specialising in Mediterranean-inspired fare, the new OSTERIA BBR by Alain Ducasse offers a contemporary menu of producedriven antipasti, freshly made pastas, seafood, grilled meats, wood-fired pizzas and more. Some specialities include the Sea Urchin Risotto with fresh sea urchin, tomato water and Provolone del Monaco cheese, as well
as the Marinated Sea Bream, featuring slices of white fish brightened
