After six months of development, Jigger & Pony has launched a new menu built on its mission of being a place for people to find comfort, forge friendships and share happiness. Titled A Decent Menu, the drinks are easy to appreciate and go back to the basics of classic cocktails as well as humble ingredients. Yet they are by no means ordinary. The Supermojito is the bar’s take on the Cuban favourite and is crystal clear and perfectly balanced. It is made with lime juice distilled from lime sherbet to fully express the aroma of its essential oils, then finished with locally sourced sweet mint and eau de cologne mint for layers of freshness.
