earned a second Michelin star, JAAN by Kirk Westaway presents a medley of seasonal fresh and flavourful ingredients that have been elevated, like Summer’s Sweet Tomato with
Basil and Olive – a dish of vine-ripened oxheart tomato filled with slow-roasted tomatoes, oregano, burrata cheese, dehydrated olives, topped with basil sorbet, toasted croutons
and encircled with black olive crumbs.
