TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE
Produced as a limited edition of 250 timepieces, Chopard’s Alpine Eagle Cadence 8HF in titanium houses one of the maison’s most advanced movements – the Chopard Calibre 01.12-C that beats twice as fast as a standard automatic movement. While the
Alpine Eagle design codes remain, the dial of the 41mm model is marked with the “eagle iris” pattern, a tribute to the piercing vision of the bird that inspired the collection.
Its hand-patinated colour, which gives each dial a unique shade, also differentiates the model from the rest of the collection. The minute track is now pared down to baton-type hour markers with 12 o’clock in Roman numerals. Two inscriptions adorn the dial as well: “8Hz Chronometer” beneath the Chopard logo and an arrow-shaped symbol above the
6 o’clock marker – a maison signature denoting its high-frequency watches.
