The Future Unfolds
Some 36 society fashionistas and local celebrities were given an exclusive look at the innovation of foldable smartphones at the Samsung Z Night Runway held at 72-13 Mohamed Sultan Road on Sep 10. An exhilarating showcase presented by Burdaluxury Singapore and Samsung, the event starred the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G as part of a fashionable lifestyle. Produced by creative director Daniel Boey, it saw a parade of models flaunting the latest outfits from Club 21 together with the phones. The guests, who had the opportunity to discover the phones’ functions in person at a private display space, were decked out in their own interpretations of the “luxury loungewear” dress code. Some turned up in chic athleisure attire while others chose trendy pyjama sets. The most glamorous rendition had to be Susanna Kang’s blinged-out dollar-bill tracksuit and coat ensemble. This hybrid fashion-meetstechnology show was also brought to Samsung fans and the digitally savvy through a live stream on Lifestyle Asia Singapore’s Facebook page.
