LIGHT THE WAY

Part of Louis Vuitton’s latest Objets Nomades collection, the Lanterns by Italian design studio Zanellato/bortotto are intended to be nomadic companions. Be it on a walk on the beach or a dinner with friends at home, each leatherwoven Lantern will bring its warmth and light. A rechargeable LED light and blown-glass dome within the honeycomb-like cage of interwoven Louis Vuitton leather strips cast delicate shadow patterns, softly illuminating its surroundings. The portable light also features details inspired by Louis Vuitton handbags, such as the carrying strap and the three brass studs that protect the base’s leather covering. The Lanterns are available in two sizes and in shades of pistachio or red berries.
