When an esteemed wine distributor runs a wine bar, you know good times are on the cards. Grand Vin has partnered with Sheraton Towers Singapore to launch Graft 8, which is pronounced “graft bar”, to draw both wine connoisseurs as well as those looking to pick up more vino knowledge. Every evening from 5pm till late, the hotel’s spacious and chic lobby bar transforms into Graft 8, which features delectable finger food, attractively priced fine wine labels carried by Grand Vin and a team of sommeliers to share their passion. Highlights are Champagne Louis Roederer along with its Cristal cuvee, the Burgundian house of Domaine Faiveley, and Napa cult wineries like Hundred Acre. Guests may also order ultra-premium wines by the glass from labels like Château Pétrus without the pressure of having to finish an entire bottle at one go.
