A TREASURE OF BLOOMS

Among the 74 haute joaillerie creations in Chopard’s Red Carpet Collection 2021, the scintillating Flower Power jewellery watch testifies to the fantastical vision of Caroline Scheufele, the maison’s co-president and artistic director.

Aptly themed Paradise, the collection transports us to a universe dear to the house, that of sublime nature. Flaunting an opulent Baroque aesthetic, the timepiece features incredible gems gathered from a veritable Garden of Eden, where precious stones are picked like berries. Chopard’s exceptionally skilled artisans have adorned this creation with an arrangement of subtle flower garlands composed of over 31 carats of round and pear-shaped pink sapphires, as well as pear-shaped and brilliantcut diamonds weighing more than 44 carats.

The pink mother-of-pearl dial is meticulously set with 12 stunning pink sapphire teardrops in a circle. The timepiece, which won the Jewellery category award at the recent 20th Grand Prix d’horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), is crafted from ethical Fairmined-certified white gold, reflecting the maison’s commitment to sustainable luxury.
