LOVE IN THE AIR

Society stalwarts Tony and Peggy Jeffs celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in July with an evening themed Declaration of Love. Held at Shangri-la Singapore’s Island Ballroom, the dinner party welcomed about 100 guests for a night of fine cuisine and mesmerising performances. Opening the night was a large troupe of dancers from Flamenco Sin Fronteras, who tapped and swirled their way into the guests’ hearts. The couple’s long-time friend Noor Quek also paid tribute to them with a serenade. As a surprise, Peggy’s children Marisa and Richmond Teo, along with grandson Matthias, went onstage to thank Tony for being Peggy’s pillar of support all these years and to congratulate the both of them.
