Glamour girl Tan Min-li celebrated her end-sep birthday with aplomb by booking up the entire Fleurette for an all-girls do themed Shimmer and Shine. For the occasion, she worked with chef Tariq Helou of the intimate East-meets-west restaurant to design an eclectic ninecourse feast with highlights including an agemono of Mozambique langoustin­e and a main featuring wagyu beef. The champagne collector also popped open a bottle of Champagne Salon 1995, followed by more fine bubbly and Brunello di Montalcino. The exuberant night ended on a high note with Min-li blowing out the candles on a two-tiered floral cake gifted by Alicia Loke.
